Chokoladelagkage
Ingredients:
3 base cake layers (Can be chocolate, or any other desired flavor.)
1 package of fresh strawberries
200 grams of chocolate for coating strawberries.Kakao Smørcreme(Chocolate Buttercream):
200 g. Softened Butter
150 g. Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp. Cocoa (I use about 5.)
3 tbsp. WaterChokolade Glasur(Chocolate Glaze):
150 g. Dark chocolate
150 g. Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp. Cocoa (Again, I tend to use more, because I really like a rich chocolate flavor.)Preparation:
Slice half of the strawberries in to thin slices and set aside.
Using a double boiler melt the chocolate for coating the strawberries, stirring regular to insure that it is smooth and doesn’t burn. Dip the remaining strawberries in the chocolate and set them on wax paper. Once finished, place them in the fridge to set.
Chokolade Glasur :
- In a cleaned double boiler (or any pot with a waterbath, or in the microwave if you’re careful) melt the dark chocolate for the chocolate glaze. Stir constantly until thoroughly melted.
- Sift in powdered sugar and cocoa, stirring until glossy. Place in the fridge to cool while working on the rest of the cake.
Kakao Smørcreme:
- Whip together all of the ingredients until smooth. I like to add a small dash of vanilla to it for extra flavor.
Place the first layer of cake down, and spread the buttercream over it. Press in a thin layer of strawberries around the cake before placing the second layer on and repeating the process.
Once finished with the two layers, place the top layer on and get out the Chocolate glaze. It may help to mix it again before spreading it on. Smooth the glaze over the top and sides. You may want to decorate the sides further with cocoa, nougat, piping, etc…
Stack the strawberries atop the cake, and place in the fridge until ready to be served.

First heavily grease a medium pan.
Heat pan on a medium heat.
The next step will require 1/2 bag of some sort of breakfast sausage crumbles.
Heat the crumbles in the pan until thoroughly cooked.
The next step requires some sort of spicy…spice. (Hot sauce will work as well).
